Shipments

All orders will be shipped via Canada post. Shipping is free on orders of 100$ or more, before tax. Select the “Free Shipping” option at checkout.

All other shipping costs will be calculated based on location, order volume and type of shipping. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. 

Shipping time varies depending on the location in Canada, see the Canada Post website to compare services and for estimated delivery times. **Please note, due to COVID-19, delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. 

Order fulfillment

We currently have a processing time of 1-2 day are working hard to get your orders ready as quickly as possible! At this time, shipment orders placed Monday – Friday are being processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed on Monday. We will update you throughout the processing and shipping timeline, so you know when your order is on its way! All shipping fees will be calculated and presented at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees unless available promotions or discounts apply

*If an item is unavailable at the time you place your order, you will be notified of the wait time or refunded in full for the out-of-stock item. 

Winnipeg Pick-up

Pick-ups will be available Monday, Wednesday, Fridays + Saturdays  8am-5pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-8pm.

We have generally been able to fulfill these orders very quickly, often with same-day pick-ups. We will send you an email with your order is ready . 

Checking on the status of your order

Canada Post Shipping: You will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Winnipeg Pick-ups: You will receive a notification once your order is ready to be picked up. Our current pick-up hours are Monday, Wednesday, Fridays + Saturdays  8am-5pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-8pm.
