Refund Policy

Our goal at Fortify, is to ensure that you have an incredible shopping experience and are always totally satisfied with your purchases.

A store credit or full exchange will be gladly offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in saleable condition, with all original packaging. 

*MadeStrong Apparel: Within 14 days of purchase, you may return your unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s) with tags attached and proof of purchase (via receipt) to receive a full refund.

Any products that have been opened or used, will unfortunately not be returnable. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your Fortify experience.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for shipping costs upon returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
